Lutheran Disaster Response (LDR)
LDR shares God's hope, healing and renewal with people whose lives have been disrupted by disasters in the United States and around the world. We encourage regular giving to support LDR, which helps with aid.
Lutheran Social Services (LSS)
Our church helps financially support the ministries of LSS. LSS offers many services to those in need. LSS provides services in counseling, adoption, housing, and others.
Social Justice & Advocacy
Our synod provides many resources and information on ministries that work together to include all of God's people. We believe in an inclusive church, where all are welcome and loved.
Lutheran World Relief (LWR)
Most of the quilts our quilting team makes each year are sent to places all over the world through LWR. In addition, LWR sends other needed items throughout the world.
Chippewa Valley Street Ministry
Once a year, our monthly giving focus is devoted to supporting this crucial organization. Chippewa Valley Street Ministry ministers to those homeless in the Eau Claire area. We help collect supplies that are needed.
Lutheran Park Bible Camp
OSLC is one of the many congregations that belong to Luther Park Bible Camp. Generations of OSLC members have attended Bible Camp and experienced life changing ministry. We support LPBC financially.
Good Samaritan Fund
OSLC has set up a Good Samaritan Fund that members are encouraged to give to. The purpose of this fund is to help those in the community who are in need.
Cherish All Children
Cherish All Children partners with churches and communities to prevent child sexual exploitation and trafficking. Their ministry includes presentations, resources, and tools to promote healthy and safe relationships, guided by Christian values.
Operation Christmas Child
Each October, our church members fill over 50 shoe boxes with gifts for children throughout the world. This ministry is offered through Samaritan Purse.
ELCA Good Gifts (World Hunger)
Each November, we encourage church members to help purchase “Good Gifts” that help bring an end to world hunger and the need for clean water.
