Baptism Info
Baptism is God’s way of saying we belong to God. We are forever marked with the cross. We are sealed with the Holy Spirit. As our old selves are washed away, we embrace our new selves. We become God’s children and disciples of Jesus. Our pastor is called to baptize anyone of any age who is either ready to receive God’s grace through the baptismal waters, or whose parents believe their child is ready.
If you would like to be baptized, or would like to have your child baptized at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, please fill out the request form below.
Please include the following (under “comment”)...
1. NAME OF INDIVIDUAL TO BE BAPTIZED
2. NAME OF PARENTS (IF REQUEST IS FOR A CHILD)
3. NAME OF SPONSORS
4. DATE REQUESTED
